Custom Cutting & Threading
We cut pipes and tubes to exact spool lengths specified by your engineer or project MTO. All cuts are square and deburred. Threading is performed to NPT, BSPT, API 5B and customer-specific standards.
From single items to bulk project runs, our cutting service eliminates on-site preparation time and reduces waste.
Machining & Fabrication
Our CNC machining capability covers a wide range of pressure components — from custom flanges and reducing spools to orifice plates, nozzles and manifold blocks.
We work from customer drawings, international standards or reverse-engineered dimensions. Materials include carbon steel, 316L stainless, Duplex, Inconel and other alloys.
Surface Treatment & Coating
Correct surface treatment dramatically extends the service life of piping and structural components. We offer a range of coating systems selected for your operating environment.
Quality Inspection
We perform comprehensive pre-dispatch inspection on all supplied materials. Third-party inspection (TPI) by approved inspection agencies can be arranged on request for critical project orders.
Project Supply
For large-scale projects we act as a single source for your complete material take-off (MTO) — managing procurement, expediting, inspection and staged delivery to match your construction schedule.

Custom Manufacturing
When catalog items don't meet your requirements, we manufacture to order. Special bores, non-standard wall thicknesses, exotic alloys, non-standard end configurations — we work with your engineering team to deliver exactly what the process demands.
