Types de Joints & Garnitures en stock

Spiral-Wound Gaskets (SWG)

The industry standard for raised-face flanged joints in oil & gas and petrochemical service. Spiral-wound with metallic (SS 316) and filler (graphite or PTFE) strips.

  • ½″ to 24″ NPS, #150 to #2500
  • Inner ring and outer centering ring standard
  • Winding: 316SS with graphite filler
  • High temperature and pressure capability
Per ASME B16.20 · With inner and outer rings

Ring Type Joint (RTJ)

Metallic gaskets for ring type joint (RTJ) flange facings. Used in high-pressure, high-temperature and sour service applications.

  • Oval (R) and octagonal (RX/BX) profiles
  • #300 to #2500 pressure classes
  • Materials: Soft iron, CS, SS 316, Inconel 625
  • Used in API and subsea applications
Per ASME B16.20 · Oval and octagonal profiles

Flat Sheet Gaskets

Full-face and ring gaskets cut from sheet material for lower-pressure flanged joints, heat exchangers and vessel nozzles.

  • ASME B16.21 dimensional standard
  • Materials: Graphite, PTFE, CAF, NBR, EPDM
  • Full face (FF) and ring types
  • Custom dimensions available

Kammprofile & Special Gaskets

Kammprofile gaskets for heat exchanger and high-performance flanged joints. Also envelope, jacketed and spiral-wound with special filler materials.

  • Kammprofile with graphite or PTFE facing
  • Metal-jacketed gaskets for vessel covers
  • Envelope gaskets for chemical service
  • Custom engineered sealing solutions

Questions fréquentes

What gasket should I use for a raised-face (RF) flange?

Spiral-wound gaskets (SWG) with inner ring and outer centering ring are the standard choice for raised-face flanged joints in oil & gas service. For lower-pressure utility applications, flat sheet gaskets (graphite or PTFE) are commonly used.

When do I need a ring type joint (RTJ) gasket?

RTJ gaskets are used when the flange has a ring type joint facing (grooved face). They are specified for high-pressure service (#600 and above), high-temperature service, sour service and subsea applications where a more reliable metal-to-metal seal is required.
