Types de Vannes en stock

Ball Valves

Ball valves are the workhorse of on/off service in oil & gas and industrial piping. Available in full bore and reduced bore, floating and trunnion designs.

  • ½″ to 24″ NPS, #150 to #2500
  • Body: A216 WCB (CS), CF8M (SS)
  • Floating ball (to 4″), trunnion-mounted (6″+)
  • End connections: flanged RF, BW, SW, THD
API 6D · ASME B16.34 · Fire-safe to API 607/BS 6755

Gate Valves

Full-bore gate valves for isolation service. The preferred valve for oil & gas mainline isolation where low pressure drop is required.

  • ½″ to 24″ NPS, #150 to #2500
  • Bolted bonnet, rising stem
  • Body: A216 WCB (CS), CF8M (SS)
  • OS&Y (outside screw and yoke) design
API 600 · API 602 · ASME B16.10

Globe & Check Valves

Globe valves for throttling and flow control service. Check valves (swing, lift, dual plate) for backflow prevention.

  • Globe: ½″ to 12″, #150–#2500
  • Swing check: ½″ to 24″
  • Dual plate wafer check: 2″ to 48″
  • Spring-loaded lift check for vertical service

Butterfly Valves

Wafer and lug pattern butterfly valves for large-bore, lower-pressure applications. Cost-effective for isolation and flow control in water, HVAC and general service.

  • 2″ to 48″
  • Wafer, lug and double-flanged configurations
  • Resilient seat (EPDM, NBR, PTFE)
  • High performance (metal seat) for higher temperatures

Questions fréquentes

Which valve type should I use for on/off isolation?

For most oil & gas applications, ball valves (full bore) or gate valves are preferred for isolation service. Ball valves offer quarter-turn operation and are compact; gate valves offer full bore with minimal pressure drop and are preferred for large-diameter mainline isolation.

What does API 6D mean for pipeline valves?

API 6D is the specification for pipeline and piping valves published by the American Petroleum Institute. It covers design, manufacturing, testing and documentation requirements for ball, gate, plug and check valves used in pipeline service. API 6D valves are designed for higher integrity applications than general-purpose ASME B16.34 valves.
